The launch of British communication group Virgin Mobile in India by Tata Teleservices Ltd. made it the first telephone service provider company to offer money for receiving incoming calls. With the first footsteps in 2008, Virgin Mobile offers cellular phones on both GSM and CDMA networks at affordable prices.
